The retail prices shown on mariaconcha.com and its subdomains are given in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.
The shipping costs are at the expense of the user and buyer, and add to the total value of the products selected. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process. Castelos Na Lua, Lda. reserves the right to change the prices at any time. However, Castelos Na Lua, Lda. undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of any computer, manual, technical or other error, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by Castelos Na Lua, Lda. in the price of sale to the public, so that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.

The prices and products available at mariaconcha.com are only valid for purchase orders made through mariaconcha, and may not coincide with other physical stores, except for promotions expressly indicated online.

6.1.COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Multibanco Reference (immediate confirmation of payment) – At the time of Checkout an ATM reference is created which will be associated with your order. You must pay using the ATMs or your Homebanking. The confirmation of payment is immediate.

Send to Collection (payment is made upon order pick-up) – You can receive your order and make the payment directly to our carrier in cash. This service has an additional cost of 7.5 euros per order.

Payment by PayPal (immediate confirmation of payment) – You can pay using your Paypal account. After order confirmation, you will be taken to the Paypal page so you can login with your Paypal account.

6.6 – TAXES AND DUTIES

The retail prices shown on mariaconcha.com and its subdomains are given in euros. The VAT due is included in all prices.

6.7. ORDER STATUS

Pending – The order is awaiting authorization from the entity for the selected means of payment
In Processing – The order has already been authorised and registered in our database and is awaiting processing by our Logistics Centre.
Picking – The order has already been registered and identified by our database and the process of preparing your order has begun.
Sent – The order has already been prepared, invoiced and sent to the indicated address.

Important note: Your order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment.

7 – ORDER HANDLING AND DELIVERY

The deliveries of orders placed online will be made only in the territories of mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira Archipelagos. Deliveries to mainland Portugal will be processed within 48 working hours and to Madeira and Azores islands – 5 working days, except external factors outside Castelos Na Lua, Lda.

Important note: Your order will only be processed after the confirmation of the respective payment.

Orders placed and paid until 11pm of each day will be processed the next working day.

All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect any external damage to the product packaging, you should report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage in the document proving delivery, you should also contact our customer support through the contacts:

Please note that proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in perfect condition. If, after opening the packaging, you find damage to the product, you have 24 hours after receipt of the order to contact our customer support

8 – RETURNS

You have 14 days to return your order. You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and without having been opened or used. You can do this by contacting our Customer Support on +351 967 046 017.

8.1 CONDITIONS OF RETURN

1. Articles without signs of misuse

2. Return of the complete article, with all its components and original packaging in perfect condition.

3. Return Period: Up to the 8th consecutive day, from the day of delivery

Returns for transport damage – The deadlines for making claims for transport damage will be 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this period of time, Castelos Na Lua, Lda. is not responsible for any defect that may have occurred in the transport.

Refund – In case of return, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made after validation of compliance with the conditions of return described above, with Castelos Na Lua, Lda. a period of up to 30 days for this purpose.
